Highlighting an article to connect to your young audience.
This month we wanted to highlight an excellent article from the website "The Art of Manliness". While this site mainly focuses around Dad's and raising children from a male perspective, they share some great insights on storytelling for all. None more relevant to our audience than an article called "How To Tell Awesome Stories to Your Kids". The article highlights storytelling tips and using real world items to help connect a child listener to the content and imagination of stories. If you are looking to spice up your bedtime stories or story time in your classroom, we highly recommend this read!

The Twelve Wild Ducks
June 2022 Featured Story
This month we are featuring our story called "The Twelve Wild Ducks". This is a story about a queen who has 12 sons but has yet to have a daughter.
The queen longs for a daughter so badly that she makes a questionable deal with a witch.
The story is a powerful lesson of not taking the easy way out, being thankful for what you have, and always using your best judgement.
